Fasting is a great way to kick off the new year and seek God's will for the upcoming year!

Simply stated, fasting is refraining from food or something you enjoy, for a spiritual purposes.

When you give God your first through fasting, prayer and giving at the beginning of the year, you set the course for the entire year.
